At Global Synthetics, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that a Stretch Film product is found to be faulty, we have implemented the following return policy:
Defect Notification: Customer must notify in writing of any defect in the Stretch Film product within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
Review Process: Once notification is received, our quality team will carry out a thorough review of the product to verify the reported defect.
Return Authorization: If the product is confirmed to be defective, a return authorization (RMA) will be issued to the customer.
Product Return: The customer must return the defective product within 14 days of the RMA being issued. Return shipping costs will be borne by Global Synthetics.
Evaluation and Replacement: Upon receipt of the returned product, our quality team will carry out a final evaluation. If the defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. In case the product is out of stock, a full refund will be offered.
Exceptions: This return policy does not cover damage caused by misuse of the product, improper storage or improper handling.
